Service Description
Start your training journey with our Puppy Classes. This is the first step in creating that dog that can accompany you for a coffee date or a long weekend walk with ease. In these classes you will learn how the training methods we use work, get helpful advice about those niggly struggles and start to develop your new addition into your dog of a lifetime! The classes are for dogs under 6 months old.

Cancellation Policy
Aylsham Dog Training – Booking Policy By booking any training service with Aylsham Dog Training, you agree to the following: • Payment: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled and released. • Cancellations: We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged in full. • Refunds: Training services are non-refundable, including missed sessions or changes of mind. • Incorrect Bookings: A £25 administration fee applies to amend bookings made in error, subject to availability. • Late Arrivals: Arrivals over 10 minutes late without notice may be refused entry and treated as a missed session. • Dog Health & Season: Dogs who have been unwell within the 48 hours preceding a class should not attend. Attendance with bitches in season is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund. • Training Commitment: Follow-up sessions rely on work being completed between appointments. Where this has not been done and no support has been sought, sessions may be paused without refund. • Allergies & Special Requirements: Owners are responsible for managing allergies or intolerances. Training environments are not sterile. • Risk & Responsibility: Owners are responsible for ensuring both they and their dog are suitable to take part. Participation is at your own risk. • Trainer Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue training where safety, welfare or suitability is a concern.
