Beginners Class - Friday Morning
For graduates of Puppy Classes, or new joiners over 6 months old.
Service Description
Once you have completed The Puppy Class you can slide straight into Beginners Class! This is a weekly class where we continue to learn and develop together, fine-tune and proof behaviours as well as working on any new struggles that appear. This class is also suitable for owners with dogs over 6 months that want to start their training journey with us. This class is the first of our graded classes; there will be an assessment at the end of each term to determine for placings for the following term's classes.

Cancellation Policy
Please ensure your dog is wearing a flat collar with ID tag and lead – please avoid the use of extendable leads. On arrival please keep your dogs safely inside the vehicle. There may be classes on before yours so please wait for your instructor so come and collect you before entering the school. Please try to avoid talking when the trainers are explaining exercises or giving out information. On some occasions you will be working in separate groups so please be aware of what is going on around you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior warning, we reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund. If your dog has been ill in the 24 hours preceding the class, or comes into season, then please keep them away for that session and seek veterinary advice if you are uncertain of what to do. Dogs in season should remain away from classes until 10 days after the spotting has finished. We reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund, to ill dogs or dogs in season. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for missed classes or course cancellations. However, I will always try and accommodate re-scheduling if I have spaces and if your booked space can be filled. Aylsham Dog Training reserves the right to move classes or 121s to Zoom or other online methods should COVID restrictions or weather conditions dictate it. 1-2-1 sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours notice will be subject to the full cost of the session and are non-refundable. Any rescheduled sessions must be attended within 28 days of the original booking date, or the booking will be lost without refund. Any invoices must be settled within 48 hours for the 1-2-1/course space to be confirmed, otherwise your space will be opened up again and booking will be lost. If you are attending a follow up training session and have not done any of the work set at the previous session, without reaching out for assistance or guidance from your trainer in-between sessions, we reserve the right to abandon the training session, until training has been carried out, without refund. If your dog has any allergies or intolerances, it is your responsibility as the owner to manage these. Aylsham Dog Training will try and accommodate any special needs but cannot be held responsible as the classes are not held in a sterile environment. If the allergies or intolerance's are severe you may wish to consider alternative training methods.
